share your personal information when you use our mobile application available on the Google Play Store. Our app supports three user types —
Patients, Doctors, and Executives — who interact with each other for the delivery of medical and support services.
This policy complies with Google Play’s User Data Policy, including rules for handling sensitive and health-related data.

1. Information We Collect
We collect personal and sensitive user data in accordance with Google Play’s requirements, based on your role in the app:
For Patients:
- Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender.
- Medical Records (Sensitive Data): Health history, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, allergies, medical scans, and consultation notes.
- Device Information: Device ID, OS version, IP address, language preferences.
For Doctors:
- Professional Information: Full name, qualifications, registration/license details, specialization, consultation fees, availability.
- Contact Information: Phone number, email address.
For Executives:
- User Role Data: Name, contact details, assigned duties, support history.
Automatically Collected Information:
- Usage analytics (interactions with the app)
- Log data (e.g., errors, crash reports)
- Device and performance diagnostics
2. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and use your data for the following purposes:
- To Provide Core App Services: Including appointment scheduling, consultations, record storage, and communication between user types.
- To Store and Manage Medical Records: Allow patients to securely store and access their medical information.
- To Verify Professional Credentials: Ensure doctors are verified healthcare professionals.
- To Offer Customer and Technical Support

We do not use data for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent, in accordance with Google Play policy.
3. Permissions Required
To function correctly, the app may request the following permissions:
- Camera / Photo Library: To scan or upload medical reports or prescriptions.
- Storage: To upload and store medical records.
- Internet Access: To sync data and facilitate real-time communication.
- Notifications: To alert users of updates, appointments, or messages.
All permissions are requested in compliance with Google’s Permission Policy and will only be used to deliver app functionality.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data under the following circumstances:
- With Consent: Patients may choose to share records with doctors.

Upon deletion:
- Your data is permanently removed from active databases.
- Backups are deleted within 30 days, unless legally required to be kept.
